Yes. Submittal, plan check tracking, and corrections are handled in-house across LADBS and the county and coastal jurisdictions we build in, rather than passed to an outside expediter.
Yes — cabinetry and architectural woodwork are produced in our own shop by Nokowood and installed by the same team that builds the project.
Yes. We take on projects where the client already has an architect, and carry them through permitting and construction. Where a project starts with us, design and construction are developed together from the outset.
