Hillside and coastal construction, high-end custom homes, and rebuilds — designed, permitted, and built by a single team.
Hillside sites bring their own engineering: grading, retaining, drainage, and access all have to be resolved before a floor plan means anything. Coastal proximity can add further review requirements. Both are reasons to have design and construction sitting at the same table from the start.
The work here tends toward high-end custom homes, where the detailing and the millwork carry as much weight as the structure.
Ground-up single-family residences taken from raw land through entitlement, structure, and finish.
Kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home transformations, with millwork made in-house.
Detached and attached accessory dwellings and garage conversions, from approvals to a rent-ready handoff.
Larger residential developments and commercial spaces delivered under the same design-build structure.
We build throughout the Palisades and the neighbouring coast — the Alphabet Streets, Huntington Palisades, the Riviera, Castellammare, and nearby Malibu.
Yes. Grading, retaining, drainage, and site access are resolved as part of the design rather than discovered during construction.
It can. Coastal communities may add review requirements, and we plan and permit with those in mind.
Yes. We are rebuilding on the coast following the Palisades Fire, including an in-kind rebuild on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu using the 10% floor area increase allowance available to fire rebuilds. Coastal and hillside sites can carry additional review, and we plan and permit with that in mind from the first drawing. We work from your insurer's scope of loss and document the work as it progresses so you and your adjuster always have a clear record. We are builders rather than public adjusters, so we do not negotiate your claim itself.
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured in California. Permits and inspections are handled as part of the build.
