Construction is full of projects that begin well and lose momentum. A design-build structure removes the most common cause of that — and the work is here to prove it.
Design, permitting, and construction are carried by the same firm. There is no gap between the people who draw a project and the people who build it, and no point at which responsibility transfers to someone else.
Established in 2016, with a portfolio of completed residential and commercial projects, inspections passed, and clients who have returned for a second build.
Details resolved correctly the first time — including cabinetry and architectural millwork produced in our own shop by Nokowood and installed by the same team.
We commit to a schedule and an itemized scope before work begins, and manage the project to protect both.
The process describes how a project moves from concept to completion. These are the standards we hold ourselves to while it does.
Construction has a reputation for projects that begin well and lose momentum. A design-build structure removes the most common cause of that: the gap between design and delivery, where responsibility becomes ambiguous and delays accumulate without anyone owning them.
Because we carry the drawings, the permits, and the build ourselves, there is never a question of whose problem a delay is. Plan check corrections are cleared in-house. Millwork is scheduled against our own construction programme. The project has one owner from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.
